Changelog
Last updated: September 3, 2026
A plain-language look at what's changed recently — not a technical log, just the things that actually affect you as a beta organization or a visitor to our site. We're in private beta, so this page will keep growing as we ship.
Payments and billing
- You can now upgrade an account to Pro or Premium directly from your dashboard, and see exactly what you're paying for before you confirm.
- Added a billing page to your account where you can see your current plan and open secure billing management to update your payment method or cancel, any time.
Legal, security and trust
- Published our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
- Added a new Security page explaining, in plain language, how we protect your account and your Discord community's data.
- Set up a dedicated way for security researchers to report a vulnerability responsibly, and made our public pages easier for search engines to find.
Applying for beta access
- You can now apply for beta access directly on our website — sign in with Discord and fill in the form, without needing to track down the right channel first.
- Your application shows its status and history right on that same page, and you can withdraw and re-apply from there too.
Account and checkout experience
- Clearer messages throughout your account, server list, and checkout — what happened, why, and what to do next — instead of a generic error when something doesn't go as expected.
- Better guidance if you don't yet manage any Discord servers, if a server hasn't been approved for beta, or if a payment can't be started right away.
Getting started
- Added a Setup Checklist to your account dashboard, showing exactly what still needs configuring — for the account itself and for each connected server — with a button next to every item that opens the real page where you can fix it.
- Added a Server Health summary above that checklist, so you can tell at a glance whether a server is ready, and what to look at next.
- Added a step-by-step Guided Setup you can start from either of those, walking through what's left one thing at a time — with a shortcut to create a draft application form or a draft (disabled) ticket panel along the way, so you have something to review and publish rather than starting from a blank page.
Behind the scenes
Ongoing improvements to how our team manages accounts, reviews beta applications, and supports organizations during the beta — nothing here changes what you see day to day, but it helps us respond faster.
