Support that does not
get lost in the DMs.

A button your members press, a channel only the right staff can see, and a record of what was asked and who answered it.

Included free Tickets are unlimited on every plan, including free. Nothing caps how many your members open, answer or close.

One panel, the topics you choose

A panel is the button. Topics are what somebody picks when they press it — and each topic can route to its own staff roles and its own category.

Interface preview with example tickets. Channel names follow a format you set, so a ticket's number is on the channel rather than only inside it.

Claiming, so two people do not both reply

A claimed ticket shows who took it. It is optional — a small team can leave it off and just answer.

Transcripts when it closes

What was said is kept when the channel goes, so an appeal a month later is a thing you can actually check.

Answering is not configuring

Viewing, answering, claiming and closing are separate from managing panels and topics. Somebody trusted to help in a ticket does not have to be trusted to rebuild the panel.

Your own open-ticket cap

You decide how many tickets one member may have open at once. That is your server's setting, not something your plan decides.

What free actually gets you

Plans differ on how much structure you can build — never on how much support you can give.

Two panels with three topics each is six routes into your staff team — enough for most servers to never think about it. The live figures are always on the pricing page.

Who it is for

Any server with staff

Roleplay or not. If members currently ask for help by pinging whoever is online, this is the fix.

Teams that split the work

Reports to moderation, appeals to senior staff, everything else to support — decided by which topic somebody picked.

Servers that need a paper trail

A transcript and a record of who claimed and closed it, so a decision can be checked rather than remembered.

Setting it up

  1. Create a panel

Name it, and choose the channel your members will see the button in.

  2. Add your topics

One per reason somebody would open a ticket, each pointing at the staff roles who should answer it.

  3. Grant the permissions

Viewing, answering, claiming and closing go to your staff roles; managing panels goes to whoever configures the server.

  4. Publish it

The panel appears in the channel you picked. Members press it, choose a topic, and a ticket opens.

What tickets do not do yet

There is no automatic reply or macro library, no scheduled opening hours, no per-member cooldown between tickets, and no rating or feedback prompt when one closes.
